Just checking in....

I cannot believe summer is almost over!  Truly, it has flown by!  What have you been doing with your summer?  Me, I've been learning to knit!!!!  Because what else would you do in 95 degree weather, but create items to be used during 45 degree weather!

Coffee on the Veranda....

I love coffee!!!  Nothing fancy, just plain ole' Chock full o' nuts!  Add a little sugar, some fat free French Vanilla Cream, and I am in heaven!!!

When I was a little girl, I remember my mom getting together with neighbor-ladies for a cup of coffee.  Sometimes they would enjoy iced tea, but usually it was coffee.  They would sit at the kitchen table sipping away, while catching up on the latest news.  Often, they would work on some sort of crochet or embroidery project.  Those are good memories.

It's Wine Night....er Craft Night.....

Or as My Love calls it, Girl's Gossip Night.  No matter the name, it means the same thing.  A fun, inexpensive, night with the girls, where something is actually being accomplished!
